  • Increasing the User Base of primary customisation app Logi Options+ by 0.6M and increasing the attach rate by 6% to 45%.
  • Owning, managaging and solely responsible for driving strategically important projects including How to Use Logi Options+ tutorial videos, and Global New Product Introductions for the MX and Mobile Solutions teams.
  • Developing and maintaining strategic communicaton foundation for Logitech Software Applications.
  • Creating go-to-market communications strategies based on Target Audiences, Geographies and Communications Channels to create both an investment plan and go-to-market plan.
  • Prioritising Target Audiences and working with Product Management Teamto refine positioning & value propositions, as well as leading messaging development.
